I was born in Epsom, England and grew up in South London. I started playing guitar when I was 14 years old and went on to start my first band when I was 16, which is when I started learning how to sing. I am inspired by an eclectic mix of styles from Ska, Reggae, Punk, Blues, Funk, Jazz and RnB.
I then went on to study at the ‘Academy of Contemporary Music’ (ACM) in Guilford, England for 4 years. I earned myself two Diplomas in Guitar and a BA (Hons) Degree in Singing.
I also taught both Guitar and Singing for 3 years at ‘Realistic Music Academy’ in Epsom, England.
I have played live on various radio stations including the BBC as well as television and festivals across the UK.
I now perform solo guitar/vocals and incorporate a lot of percussive guitar styles. I can play and sing practically any style or genre of music and I enjoy making my own arrangements of songs that are not traditionally acoustic style songs.
